Last week of labs...Savory!


This week we had savory.  The only savory baking class we've had at ENSP or at Johnson & Wales.  We created things like pate a choux puffs filled with salmon mousse, tea sandwiches, macarons, spanakopita, piggies in a blanket, mini quiche, and many more.  All the food we prepared was used for our graduation from the school on Friday.
